摘要
目的:调查本科护生在校期间职业认同感水平,探讨其影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样法选取河北省某高校本科护生共1517名,进行问卷调查。结果:在校护生职业认同感总均分为(3.439±0.641),影响因素包括高考志愿、是否为学生干部、是否参加与专业相关的社会实践、是否参加社团活动(P<0.05)。结论:在校护生职业认同感处于中等偏上水平,专业院校可从其影响因素着手进行职业认同教育。
Objective:To investigate the career identity among nursing students and explores the influencing factors.Methods:With convenience sampling,1517 students from nursing school were investigated.Results:The average score of nursing students career identity was 3.439±0.641,and students in grade 3 scored higher than grade 1 and2;The reason to choose nursing,student leaders,taking part in social practice and club activities were the influencing factors.Conclusion:Career identity of nursing students was at medium level,and strategies to enhance career identity are needed.
