摘要 传统的临床医学教学模式大多采用以学科为导向的教学模式(Subject-Based Learning,SBL),不易调动学生的积极性和创造性;而以问题为导向的教学模式(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)注重学生基础知识的全面掌握、临床思维的培养以及实践能力的提高,可以更好地提高学习效果。 Clinical teaching is an important part of medical education,the traditional teaching mode of clinical medicine which mostly adopt the Subject oriented teaching mode(Subject based Learning,SBL),is not easy to mobilize students'enthusiasm and creativity.Clinical medicine teaching needs a lot of practical teaching time,require students to hands-on operation,in addition,the lack of appropriate teaching cases,the practice teaching period of limitation makes the teaching effect very low.Problem-based Learning(PBL)focuses on students'comprehensive understanding of basic knowledge,cultivation of clinical thinking and improvement of practical ability,which can better activate the classroom atmosphere,mobilize students'Learning enthusiasm and improve the learning effect.
