在国家专科医师培训相关政策和标准基础上应用“里程碑”理念,以加快培养高标准、同质化神经外科专科医师为目标,提出适合我国国情的神经外科专科医师培训方案并分析其可行性。

On the basis of the national policy and standards of specialist training,the concept of“milestone”is applied to speed up the training of high standard and homogeneous neurosurgery specialists,and the feasibility of the training program is analyzed.
