摘要
通过对美国马里兰大学(UMD)课堂教学的体验和观察,探讨培养高素质创新人才的途径和方法。UMD通过师生互动、小组讨论,多样化的教材及网络信息化技术,创设“以学生为中心”的教学氛围,引导学生主动参与教与学的过程,培养独立思考的能力,促进创新性、批判性思维的养成,为培养高素质人才打下坚实的基础。
Through the experience and observation of classroom teaching in the University of Maryland(UMD),and comparing with domestic universities,this paper discusses the ways and methods of cultivating high-quality innovative talents.Through teacher-student interaction,group discussion,diversified teaching materials and network information technology,UMD creates a“student-centered”teaching atmosphere,guides the active participation in the process of teaching and learning,cultivates the ability of independent thinking,promotes the cultivation of innovative and critical thinking,and lays a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-quality talents.
