摘要
以邮轮型客滚船船体建造可视化需求为目标,以薄板分段生产线为研究对象,运用三维建模软件对车间进行场景建模,建立虚拟智能车间,构建邮轮薄板分段钢材预处理、切割/加工、组件制作和分段装配等工序设备的虚拟仿真场景,实现薄板分段制造的流程虚拟可视化、工艺路线仿真、焊接可视化管理等信息集成方案应用,实现以三维模型为核心的数字化船舶信息(三维模型、设计图纸和文档等)的可集成化和关联性管理。
Aiming at the visual requirements of the hull construction of cruise-type ropax,the sheet sections production line is taken as the research object.The 3D modeling of the workshop was performed using 3D modeling software,and a virtual intelligent workshop was established.The virtual simulation scenes of the equipment for pre-treatment,cutting,processing,component production,and sub-assembly of the steel sheet of the cruise ship are realized.Application of information integration schemes such as virtual visualization of sheet metal segment manufacturing processes,simulation of process routes,and visualization of welding procedure optimization are implemented in this paper.The goal of integrating and associating the management of digital ship information(3D models,design drawings,documents,etc.)with a 3D model as the core is achieved.
