香菇菌株高温栽培筛选研究 被引量:9

摘要 以12个香菇菌株为试材,利用高温香菇菌株筛选的评价方法,分别从菌丝生长、菌棒烂棒率、子实体农艺性状、产量、生物转化率、标准菇比例及经济效益等方面系统表征,对12个不同来源菌株的高温季栽培表现进行了研究,以期为优选适宜高温季栽培的香菇新品种,调整香菇产业结构扩大高温菇栽培规模提供参考依据。结果表明:所有供试菌株均实现了高温季出菇(21.9~33.4℃),但不同供试菌株在菌棒烂棒率、子实体农艺性状、产量、生物转化率、标准菇比例及经济效益方面差异显著。综合分析,菌株0912在各方面表现优异,棒均经济效益高达7.63元,最适宜高温栽培。 In order to screen new varieties and provide theoretical basis for industrial structure adjustment and cultivation scale expansion of high temperature Lentinus edodes,the performances of twelve different sources of Lentinus edodes strains including L808 which was chosen as control train,were investigated by mycelium growth rate,stick rotten ratio,fruiting agronomic trait,yield,biological efficiency,standard ratio and economic benefit using the high temperature Lentinus edodes strain evaluation method.The results showed that all tested strains were succeed during high temperature which range from 21.9 ℃ to 33.4 ℃,while the performances of the mycelium growth rate,stick rotten ratio,agronomic trait,yield,biological efficiency,standard ratio and economic benefit of tested strains were significant difference.Comprehensive analysis,strain of 0912 performed well in all tested aspects which suit high temperature cultivation,the average economic benefit of stick was RMB 7.63.
