摘要
黑木耳有着极高的药用价值,多项研究表明三萜类化合物是其中重要的作用成分。在黑木耳转录组的基础上,结合黑木耳基因组信息,运用生物信息学深入研究黑木耳在三萜类化合物合成过程中关键酶基因。结果表明:共发现14个参与黑木耳三萜MVA合成途径的候选基因,其中包括4个AACT基因,1个HMGS基因,1个HMGR基因,1个PMK基因,3个FPPS基因,1个SQS基因以及3个LS基因。93个Unigenes(约0.82%)被注释为参与三萜类化合物形成的2条代谢通路,并且对已鉴定基因的同源性进行比较,进一步探索了可能参与黑木耳三萜类化合物合成的候选基因。
Auricularia auricular have high medicinal value.Many investigates showed triterpenoids were crucial element in A.auricular.This study based on the A.auricular transcriptome and A.auricular genome,and applied bioinformatics to research key enzyme gene of A.auricular triterpenoids biosynthesis pathway.We compared Unigenes with known gene for verifying candidate gene in triterpenoids biosynthesis pathway,which contained 14 genes in the mevalonate(MVA) pathway.The results showed that 93 Unigenes(0.82%) were annotated to take part in triterpenoids biosynthesis pathway.
