手术室护理在合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染预防中的价值和措施评价

The Value and Measures of Operating Room Nursing in the Prevention of Postoperative Incision Infection in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究手术室护理在合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染预防中的应用价值。方法择取于该院2017年5月—2019年5月诊治的合并糖尿病手术患者120例进行回顾性分析。根据护理内容不同分组为参照组、研究组,分别施行常规围术期护理、围术期手术室护理干预。比较两组合并糖尿病手术病患的术后感染情况及护理满意度。结果研究组患者皮肤黏膜感染率0.00%、呼吸系统感染率1.67%、切口感染率1.67%均显著低于参照组8.33%、11.67%、13.33%,护理满意度各指标评分均显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论采取手术室护理能有效预防合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染,并降低术后呼吸系统及皮肤黏膜感染率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of operating room nursing in the prevention of postoperative incision infection in patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic surgery diagnosed and treated in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing contents,they were divided into reference group and research group,and routine perioperative nursing and perioperative operating room nursing intervention were performed respectively.Postoperative infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups with diabetes surgery patients.Results The skin and mucosal infection rate of patients in the study group was 0.00%,the respiratory infection rate was 1.67%,and the incision infection rate was 1.67%,all were significantly lower than the reference group 8.33%,11.67%,and 13.33%.The scores of various indicators of nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking operating room nursing can effectively prevent postoperative incision infection in patients with diabetes,reduce the infection rate of respiratory system and skin and mucous membrane,and improve patient satisfaction.
