糖尿病患者进行血脂检验的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Blood Lipid Test in Diabetic Patients

目的探讨糖尿病患者进行血脂检验的临床效果。方法随机选择2018年8月—2019年8月在该院进行治疗的糖尿病患者45例作为该研究研究组对象,另选取45名同时期来该院进行健康体检的健康人作为该研究对照组对象。两组均给予血脂检验。通过对比两组血糖、血脂相关指标以及血液流变学指标,分析糖尿病患者进行血脂检验的临床效果。结果研究组患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、D-二聚、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血细胞沉降率等相关指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床对于糖尿病患者的诊断中,进行血脂检验明显提高确诊率,为临床治疗提供基础,有效推进糖尿病治疗的临床发展。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of blood lipid test in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 45 diabetic patients who were treated in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly selected as the study group,and another 45 healthy people who had physical examination in the hospital in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were given blood lipid test.By comparing the two groups of blood glucose and lipid related indicators,to analyze the clinical effect of blood lipid test in diabetic patients.Results The indexes of LDL-C,HDL-C,TG,TC,D-dimer,HbA1c,fasting blood glucose,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,blood cell sedimentation rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients,blood lipid test can significantly improve the diagnosis rate,provide the basis for clinical treatment,and effectively promote the clinical development of diabetes treatment.
