硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压的疗效研究

Study on the Efficacy of Nifedipine Combined with Irbesartan in the Treatment of Diabetes with Hypertension

目的探究糖尿病合并高血压患者接受硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗的临床疗效。方法2016年1月—2020年7月,该文将该院54例糖尿病合并高血压患者选为研究对象,经数字表法进行随机分组,行硝苯地平治疗患者为对照组(n=27),行硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗患者为观察组(n=27),对比患者治疗前后血压、血糖水平、疗效及不良反应差异。结果患者经治疗,观察组空腹血糖(6.12±1.05)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.67±1.69)mmol/L、收缩压(120.53±9.46)mmHg、舒张压(81.83±5.64)mmHg,均低于对照组(t=2.125、4.913、6.951、5.611,P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.30%、不良反应发生率为7.41%,均优于对照组的70.37%、29.63%(χ~2=4.800、4.418,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并高血压患者接受硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗,对患者血糖、血压水平控制效果好,临床疗效也明显优于硝苯地平单独使用,保障了患者的用药安全。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in patients with diabetes and hypertension.Methods From January 2016 to July 2020,54 patients with diabetes and hypertension accepted by the hospital were selected as the research subjects in this article.They were randomly grouped by the number table method,and the patients treated with nifedipine were the control group(n=27),the patients treated with nifedipine combined with irbesartan were the observation group(n=27),and the differences in blood pressure,blood glucose level,efficacy and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group had fasting blood glucose(6.12±1.05)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose(9.67±1.69)mmol/L,systolic blood pressure(120.53±9.46)mmHg,and diastolic blood pressure(81.83±5.64)mmHg,lower than the control group(t=2.125,4.913,6.951,5.611,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%and the adverse reaction rate was 7.41%,which were better than the control group’s 70.37%and 29.63%(χ~2=4.800,4.418,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic patients with hypertension receiving nifedipine combined with irbesartan has a good control effect on blood glucose and blood pressure level,and the clinical efficacy is significantly better than nifedipine alone,which ensures the safety of patients’medication.
