糖尿病患者心脏瓣膜置换术后血糖控制的护理策略探讨

Nursing Strategy of Blood Glucose Control in Diabetic Patients after Heart Valve Replacement

目的探究糖尿病患者心脏瓣膜置换术后血糖控制的护理对策及效果。方法择取于该院收治的糖尿病心脏瓣膜置换术患者60例,纳入时间自2018年5月—2019年5月。按照护理内容不同分组为参照组、研究组,均施行常规护理服务,研究组同时行康复护理干预。后对比两组糖尿病患者心脏瓣膜置换术后的血糖控制效果、心功能改善情况及护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组患者FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c等血糖指标水平均显著低于参照组,心功能改善总有效率93.33%显著高于参照组,护理总满意率100.00%显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论施行康复护理干预能有效改善其术后血糖控制效果及心功能状况,并提升患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing strategy and effect of blood glucose control in diabetic patients after heart valve replacement.Methods 60 patients with diabetic heart valve replacement were selected and included from May 2018 to May 2019.According to the different nursing contents,the patients were divided into two groups:the reference group and the study group.The routine nursing service was carried out in both groups,and the rehabilitation nursing intervention was carried out in the study group at the same time.The blood glucose control effect,heart function improvement and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c and other blood glucose indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,the total effective rate of heart function improvement was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the total satisfactory rate of nursing was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the effect of blood glucose control and cardiac function,and improve the patients’nursing satisfaction.
