脑出血伴糖尿病患者行微创血肿清除术的护理方法与效果分析

Nursing Method and Effect Analysis of Minimally Invasive Hematoma Removal for Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage and Diabetes

目的探讨脑出血伴糖尿病患者行微创血肿清除术的护理方法与效果。方法选取该院2018年11月—2019年11月收治的脑出血伴糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,均接受微创血肿清除术,并按随机数字表法分为实验组和参照组,每组各30例,实验组给予综合护理,参照组给予常规护理。比较两组术后辅助治疗效果和并发症、血糖值等情况。结果两组有效率分别为86.67%、63.33%,实验组显著高于参照组(P<0.05);两组并发症率分别为23.33%、60.00%,实验组显著低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的空腹血糖值为(4.48±0.73)mmol/L,参照组为(6.17±1.84)mmol/L,实验组显著优于参照组,(P<0.05)。结论对进行微创血肿清除术的脑出血伴糖尿病患者,术后采取采取有效的护理措施,能提高临床疗效,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the nursing methods and effects of minimally invasive hematoma removal for patients with cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.All of them underwent minimally invasive hematoma evacuation and were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random number table method.Each group 30 cases in each group,the experimental group was given comprehensive care,and the reference group was given regular care.The effects of postoperative adjuvant treatment,complications and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rates of the two groups were 86.67%and 63.33%respectively.The experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05);the complication rates of the two groups were 23.33%and 60.00%,respectively,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05)After treatment,the fasting blood glucose value of the experimental group was(4.48±0.73)mmol/L,the reference group was(6.17±1.84)mmol/L,the experimental group was significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes who undergo minimally invasive hematoma removal,effective nursing measures can be taken after surgery to improve clinical efficacy and reduce complications.
