标准化作业流程在糖尿病患者牙种植护理中的应用

Application of Standardized Operation Procedure in the Nursing of Patients with Diabetes Dental Implants

目的探讨标准化作业流程(SOP)在2型糖尿病患者牙种植围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择某二级甲等医院2016年1月—2017年12月的2型糖尿病患者牙种植81例作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=41)。对照组患者实施常规围手术期护理;观察组按标准化作业流程护理。比较两组患者1年后种植牙成功率、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白情况。结果观察组1年后种植牙成功率显著高于对照组(χ~2=4.336,P<0.05),空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白显著低于对照组(t=25.341、41.794,P<0.05)。结论标准化作业流程在2型糖尿病患者牙种植围手术期护理过程中,可提高种植牙成功率,明显改善患者血糖水平。

Objective To investigate the application effect of standardized operating procedure(SOP)in perioperative nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Eighty one patients with type 2 diabetes implants from January 2016 to December 2017 in a second-grade hospital were selected as subjects.According to the numerical random method,the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=41).Patients in the control group underwent routine perioperative care;the observation group was treated according to standardized procedures.The success rate of implants,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were compared between the two groups after 1 year.Results The success rate of dental implants in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ~2=4.336,P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly lower than the control group(t=25.341,41.794,P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized operating procedures can increase the success rate of dental implants and significantly improve the patient’s blood sugar level during the perioperative care of dental implants for patients with type 2 diabetes.
