助产士综合护理对妊娠糖尿病患者母婴结局的影响

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing by Midwife on Maternal and Infant Outcome of Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨助产士综合护理对妊娠糖尿病患者母婴结局的影响。方法选择该院2017年1月—2019年6月接收的妊娠糖尿病患者300例为对象,随机数字表法将患者分成对照组(150例)和观察组(150例)。观察组用助产士综合护理干预,对照组用常规护理干预。分析两组患者和围生儿的异常情况及血糖指标。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率2.00%低于对照组10.00%,围生儿不良事件发生率2.00%低于对照组16.00%,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者接受助产士综合护理,对母婴结局有着积极影响。

Objective To explore the effect of midwife’s comprehensive care on the maternal and infant outcome of gestational diabetes.Methods 300 cases of gestational diabetes patients received in the hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as objects,and the patients were divided into control group(150 cases)and observation group(150 cases)by random number table.The observation group used midwife comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group used conventional nursing intervention.Analyze the abnormal conditions and blood glucose indexes of the two groups of patients and perinatal infants.Results The complication rate of the observation group was 2.00%lower than that of the control group 10.00%,the perinatal adverse event rate of 2.00%was lower than the control group 16.00%,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gestational diabetes receiving comprehensive care from midwives have a positive impact on the outcome of mothers and babies.
