西格列汀与缬沙坦联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Sitagliptin and Valsartan in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的对早期糖尿病肾病患者采用西格列汀与缬沙坦联合治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择该院2018年5月—2019年4月间收治的早期肾病糖尿病患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为单一用药组(41例,予以缬沙坦治疗)和联合用药组(41例,予以缬沙坦联合应用西格列汀对联合用药组治疗)。对两组患者实施常规降糖治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,联合用药组的空腹血糖值和餐后2 h血糖值均明显低于单一用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合用药组的尿微量白蛋白和血清光抑素C均明显优于单一用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单一用药组和联合用药组均未出现严重不良反应,在不良反应率方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对早期糖尿病肾病患者采用西格列汀与缬沙坦联合治疗具有很好的效果,可以有效地改善患者的肾功能,并且可以很好地控制其血糖水平。

Objective To explore the effect of sitagliptin and valsartan combined treatment in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods From May 2018 to April 2019 eighty-two patients with diabetes with early kidney disease admitted to the hospital were selected as the subjects.They were divided into a single medication group(41 cases,valsartan was treated)and the combination group(41 cases,valsartan combined with sitagliptin was treated with the combination group)according to the random number table method,the two groups of patients were treated with conventional hypoglycemic therapy,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose level and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level of the combined medication group were significantly lower than those of the single medication group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the urine microalbumin and serum photostatin C of the combined medication group were significantly better than the single medication group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the single-drug group and the combined-drug group,and the adverse reaction rate was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of sitagliptin and valsartan for patients with early diabetic nephropathy has a good effect,can effectively improve the patient’s renal function,and can well control their blood glucose level.
