社区护理干预对糖尿病患者的作用

The Effect of Community Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Patients

目的探究社区护理干预对糖尿病患者的干预效果。方法将该社区2019年1—12月间的102例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用数字随机表法将其分为观察组(51例)和对照组(51例),给予对照组常规护理干预,观察组则采用社区护理干预,对比两组不同护理干预后血糖水平及自我管理能力。结果经过不同护理干预后,观察组患者血糖水平明显低于对照组,且自我管理能力更强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预对于糖尿病患者治疗具有重要意义,有助于患者提升自我管理能力,从而有效控制患者血糖水平,建议临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on patients with diabetes.Methods A total of102 diabetic patients in this community from January to December 2019 were taken as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases)using the digital random table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given community nursing intervention,to compare the blood glucose level and self-management ability of the two groups after different nursing interventions.Results After different nursing interventions,the blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the self-management ability was stronger,the differnce was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Community nursing intervention is of great significance for the treatment of patients with diabetes,and it can help patients to improve their self-management ability,so as to effectively control their blood glucose levels.
