摘要
目的构建"双一流"高校医学研究生导师评价指标体系。方法在调研、文献研究和政策分析的基础,采用问卷调查方法,通过2轮专家咨询问卷调查,采用描述性分析、非参数检验、权值因子判断表等方法进行数据分析。结果2轮问卷总体权威系数为0.84;指标的Kendall's W协调系数为0.122,P=0.001,专家集中程度和协调性高度一致。初步建立了"双一流"高校医学研究生导师评价指标体系,指标体系由3个一级指标、9个二级指标、31个三级指标构成。结论构建的"双一流"高校医学研究生导师评价指标体系比较合理,为评价医学研究生导师培养研究生的过程质量提供依据。
Objective To explore the evaluation index system of medical postgraduate tutor in double first-class universities.Methods The study preparation was based on preliminary survey, literature research and policies analysis. The study data was collected by two rounds of expert consultation and analyzed by using descriptive analysis, non-parametric test, and weight factor judgment table.Results The overall authority coefficient was 0.84.The Kendall's W coordination coefficient was 0.122, P=0.001, for indicating a high degree of expert concentration and coordination.Conclusions The Evaluation Index System of Medical Postgraduate Tutor in Double First-class Universities has been established, which consists of 3 first-level indexes, 9 second-level indexes and 31 third-level indexes. The study provides a reasonable and effective evaluation system for the process of training postgraduate students by medical tutors.
