近年来,随着我国军事力量的不断发展,部队对军用调度系统的实时性和安全性等方面的性能提出了更高的要求。IP电话(VoIP,Voice Over Internet Protocol)是一种通过网络进行语音及视频通信的技术,如今在音视频通信、网络会议等领域得到了广泛的应用。该文在研究了基于SIP协议的IP电话技术的基础上,提出了一种基于SIP协议的军用IP语音调度系统的设计方案。

In recent years,with the continuous development of China's military forces,the military puts forward higher requirements for the real-time and security of the military scheduling system.VoIP(voice over Internet Protocol)is a technology that voice and video communicate through the network.Now it has been widely used in audio and video communication,network conference and other fields.Based on the research of IP telephone technology based on SIP protocol,this paper proposes a design scheme of military IP voice scheduling system based on SIP protocol.
