摘要 对于配有辅助触头的断续周期工作制交流接触器在进行温升试验时,需要多种仪器设备配合使用,试验效率较低。且试验耗时较长,并缺乏有效的远程监控手段。针对上述问题,采用NI温度采集卡与恒流源,结合LabVEIW软件设计并实现一种交流接触器温升试验测试系统,可在PC端快速完成温升的实时监测,并具有温升异常报警、自动出具试验记录等功能,提高了工作效率;同时LabVIEW将采集温升数据送至微信小程序云平台,实现交流接触器温升的远程监测。 For the intermittent duty AC contactor equipped with auxiliary contacts,a variety of instruments and equipment are required for the temperature-rise test,and the test efficiency is low.Moreover,the test takes a long time and lacks effective remote monitoring methods.In response to the above problems,using NI temperature acquisition card and constant current source,combined with LabVEIW software to design and implement an AC contactor temperature-rise test test system,which can quickly complete real-time monitoring of temperature rise on the PC side,and has an abnormal temperature rise alarm.Automatically issue test records and other functions to improve work efficiency.At the same time,LabVIEW sends the collected temperature-rise data to the WeChat applet cloud platform to realize remote monitoring of the temperature rise of the AC contactor.
