The wealth reverse transfer is the fundamental reason for the widening gap between the rich and the poor which will lead to the outbreak of public crises and bring huge losses to society.Factor price distortion,residence dismantlement and relocation,taxation growth,house prices boosting,unemployment rate rising,capital markets uneven distribution and the savings depreciation will directly affect the degree of wealth reverse transfer in China.To reduce it,government can appropriately liberalize market control,improve taxation system,increase employment rate,control housing prices,curb high inflation,and increase financial market dividends.
