以实际工程项目为驱动的产业学分学程班教学实践

摘要 在应用型高等学校专业群建设中,面向智慧城镇建设产业人才需求,开展了以实际工程项目为驱动的产业学分学程班教学模式改革实践。采取的主要教学举措是,将学分学程制纳入专业群的人才培养方案体系,以实际工程项目为驱动,对学分学程班进行流程再造,建立教学管理制度,保障学分学程班教学质量。从工程项目业主单位、专业群各专业和产业学分学程班依托企业,遴选优秀教师担任课程的教学任务,提高课程教学效果。通过产业学分学程班教学实践,形成了企业、学校和学生三者共赢,产、教、学三方的良性互动、深度融合,人才培养质量持续改善的发展态势。 In the development of application-oriented university's specialty groups,the reform of the teaching mode of industrial credit programs driven by practical engineering projects has been carried out to meet the talent demand of smart town construction industry.The main teaching measures are as follows:first of all,the credit program system has been incorporated into the talent training program system for professional groups;second,it's indispensable to equip with practical engineering projects,redesign credit system's processes and establish a teaching management system to guarantee the quality of teaching;finally,constructing a excellent teaching team,which is consist of experienced professionals in engineering to ensure the whole quality of credit system.Connections and interaction mechanism were established among student,school,enterprise for the cooperation to optimize resources mutually and attain totally win.This cooperative teaching management is not only an improvement way to improve the management level,but also a fundamental work to improve the quality of teaching and talent training.
