党课公选课优化高校新生入党动机教育的实践

Practice of the Optional Course of the Political Education to Improve Freshmen’s Motivation to Apply for Membership to the CPC

不忘初心、牢记使命是全体党员的终身课题。探究“我为什么入党”,如何坚守当代大学生入党初心,是新时代高校学生党建的长期课题。福建农林大学将党的建设与大学生思想政治工作有机融合,把立德树人落到入党教育,将入党教育融入人才培养,已连续10年开设党课类公共选修课《大学生党课初级教程》,突出“早、专、活、精、合、新”,从课程设置、教材使用、内容编排、师资组建、教学管理、考核创新等方面,推动党课公选课改革创新,优化高校新生入党动机教育,坚守为党培育爱党爱国担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,为国培育学农爱农担当强农兴农时代重任的高素质人才的初心使命。

It is a lifelong objective for all Members of the Communist Party of China(CPC)to remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind.Exploring“why I apply for membership to the CPC”and how to keep contemporary college students’original aspiration to join the CPC is a long-term subject in the party building for students in higher education in the new era.Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University intentionally integrates the development of the CPC with ideological and political education,with the unity of the political education,morality education and talents cultivation.The University has introduced“Elementary Course of the Political Education of the CPC for College Students”as an optional course for 10 years.The course emphasizes“being early,professional,flexible,sophisticated,cooperative and updated”.The reform and innovation of this course are fulfilled from the perspective of the curriculum setting,teaching materials,content,teaching members,teaching management,assessment,etc.,to improve freshmen’s motivation to join the CPC.The course sticks to its original aspiration to cultivate and train the new generation who can strive for national rejuvenation,and talents who are keen on agriculture and can develop and strengthen agriculture.
