摘要
目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)、前白蛋白(PA)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测在儿科感染性疾病诊断及疗效评价中的应用价值。方法选取2017年12月-2019年8月舟山市普陀区人民医院儿科收治的感染性疾病患儿256例为观察组,于同期本院儿科实施健康体检的儿童256例设为对照组,均予以PCT、PA、hs-CRP检测,对比两组检测结果,并分析观察组患儿治疗前、后PCT、PA、hs-CRP水平。结果观察组患儿PCT、hs-CRP水平高于对照组儿童,PA水平低于对照组儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患儿PCT、hs-CRP水平低于治疗前,PA水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCT、PA、hs-CRP联合检测观察组患儿的诊断准确率99.22%、特异度80.00%、灵敏度99.60%,分别较单独检测PCT(89.84%、41.67%、92.21%)、PA(88.67%、46.67%、91.29%)、hs-CRP(89.45%、53.33%、91.70%)高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PCT、PA、hs-CRP检测在儿科感染性疾病诊断及疗效评价中应用价值较高,且联合检测三项指标可提升诊断效能。
Objective To explore the application value of serum procalcitonin(PCT),prealbumin(PA),and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) detection in diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of pediatric infectious diseases.Methods From December 2017 to August 2019,256 children with infectious diseases treated in Department of Pediatrics,People’s Hospital of Putuo District were selected as observation group,256 children receiving physical examination were selected as control group.PCT,PA,and hs-CRP detection was performed.The detection results in the two groups were compared.The levels of PCT,PA,and hs-CRP were analyzed before and after treatment in observation group.Results The levels of PCT and hs-CRP in observation group were higher than those in control group,PA level in observation group was lower than that in control group,there were statistically significant differences(P< 0.05).After treatment,the levels of PCT and hs-CRP in observation group were lower than those before treatment,PA level was higher than that before treatment,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The accuracy,specificity,and sensitivity of combined detection of PCT,PA,and hsCRP in observation group were 99.22%,80.00%,and 99.60%,respectively,which were statistically significantly higher than those of single detection of PCT(89.84%,41.67%,92.21%),PA(88.67%,46.67%,91.29%),hs-CRP(89.45%,53.33%,91.70%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of serum PCT,PA,and hs-CRP detection in diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of pediatric infectious diseases is high,combined detection of the three indicators can improve the diagnostic efficiency.
