摘要
选取雄安新区内的拉链加工、油墨印刷、聚乙烯吹膜等典型行业,分析各工艺过程中挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放的成分谱,并计算了臭氧生成潜势(OFP)。采用苏玛罐在车间进行VOCs样品采集,使用气相色谱/质谱对样品进行了检测。结果表明:各工业源的总挥发性有机物(TVOCs)浓度均较高,其中拉链加工排放的TVOCs质量浓度最高,达1030.44μg/m^3,聚乙烯吹膜最低,为302.65μg/m^3;拉链加工排放的VOCs以苯系物、卤代烃为主,两者质量分数之和为70%以上,VOCs主要成分为二氯甲烷、苯、甲苯、正己烷;油墨印刷排放的VOCs中苯系物质量分数在50%以上,VOCs主要成分为甲苯、乙酸乙酯、正己烷、二氯甲烷;聚乙烯吹膜排放的VOCs中苯系物质量分数也在50%以上,VOCs主要成分为甲苯、正己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯。各工业源中苯系物对OFP的贡献最大,拉链加工、油墨印刷、聚乙烯吹膜行业的苯系物OFP贡献率分别为80.87%、89.63%、85.97%,苯系物的减排和治理应是政府和企业的关注重点。
Zipper processing,ink printing and polyethylene blowing film in Xiongan New Area were selected to make a detailed descriptive analysis of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)chemical composition profiles and calculate the ozone formation potential(OFP).The samples collected by SUMMA canisters in the workshop and examined by means of the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that all the industrial processes involved high total volatile organic compounds(TVOCs).The zipper processing were proved to contain the highest mass concentration(1030.44μg/m^3),while the polyethylene blowing film turned to be lowest(302.65μg/m^3).The zipper processing were mainly composed of aromatics,halogenated alkanes and the two species groups accounted for 70%of the TVOCs according to our data statistics.The major contaminant of VOCs emitted from the zipper processing were dichloromethane,benzene,toluene,n-hexane.Both of the ink printing and polyethylene blowing film were mainly composed of aromatics accounting for 50%of the TVOCs concentration,as well as,it had been found that the major species of VOCs emitted from ink printing and polyethylene blowing film were toluene,ethyl-acetate,n-hexane,dichloromethane and toluene,n-hexane,methylene chloride,ethyl acetate.The production workshop benzene series compounds’contribution to the ozone formation potential was the largest,in zipper processing(80.87%),print ink(89.63%)and polyethylene blown film(85.97%).Benzene series emission reduction and governance should be the objects that government and enterprises focus on.
