彩色多普勒超声在阴茎勃起功能障碍中的应用

The value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of the etiology of penile erectile dysfunction

目的评价彩色多普勒超声在检查阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)患者阴茎血流动力学变化的作用。方法检测85例阴茎勃起功能障碍患者,于阴茎海绵体内局部注射血管活性药物(凯时20μg),应用彩色多普勒超声记录注射血管活性药物前、后阴茎海绵体动静脉血流动力学参数,包括阴茎海绵体动脉收缩期峰值血流速度PSV、舒张末期血流速度EDV、阻力指数RI、背深静脉内径D及背深静脉血流速度VV参数。结果非血管性勃起功能障碍18例(21.2%),动脉性勃起功能障碍2例(2.4%),静脉性勃起功能障碍59例(69.4%),混合性勃起功能障碍6例(7.1%)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断勃起功能障碍直观、简便,能定量反映阴茎的血流动力学状态,为合理治疗勃起功能障碍提供诊断依据。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of colour doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of Erectile Dysfunction(ED).Methods Eighty-five patients with the clinical diagnosis of ED were evaluated with colour Dopple ultrasonography before and after intracavernosal injection of 20μg prostaglandin E1.The peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV),resistive index(RI)of cavernous artery and deep dorsal vein velocity were recorded and analyzed.Results There were 18 patients with nonvasculogenic ED(21.2%),2 patients with arteriogenic ED(2.4%),59 patients with venogenic ED(69.4%),6 patients with mixed ED(7.1%).Conclusions Color Doppler Ultrasonography is a minimally invasive and reliable examination method in the diagnosis of patients with ED.
