卵泡膜-纤维瘤组肿瘤的影像表现及相关临床 病理分析

Imaging features and clinical and pathological analysis of ovarian thecoma-fibroma group

目的结合临床及病理特点,探讨卵泡膜-纤维瘤组肿瘤的影像学表现从而提高术前诊断水平。方法回顾性分析14例卵泡膜-纤维瘤组肿瘤患者的CT、磁共振图像及相关临床、病理资料。结果卵泡膜细胞瘤6例,均见出血、坏死、囊变,1例呈现“周边囊变征”,2例CA125升高,卵泡膜纤维瘤7例,其中4例见出血、囊变及钙化,2例呈现“周边囊变征”,纤维瘤1例,呈均匀等T1短T2信号;5例合并少量腹腔积液,10例磁共振动态增强,7例呈Ⅰ型曲线,3例呈Ⅱ型曲线,未见Ⅲ型曲线。结论卵泡膜-纤维瘤组肿瘤有较特征性的影像学表现,结合临床资料,可提高术前诊断水平。

Objective Combined with the clinical and pathological features, to explore the imaging manifestations of ovarian thecoma-fibroma group so as to improve the preoperative diagnosis level. Methods The CT and MR images, clinical and pathological data of 14 patients with ovarian thecoma-fibroma group. Results In 6 cases of theca cell tumor, hemorrhage, necrosis and cystic degeneration were seen. 1 cases showed "peripheral cystic degeneration" and 2 cases of CA125 increased.There were 7 cases of thecofibroma, of which 4 cases had hemorrhage, cystic change and calcification, 2 cases had "peripheral cystic change",1 cases of fibroma showed homogeneous equal T1 and short T2 signals. 5 cases with small amount of ascites,The dynamic enhancement of MRI was found in 10 cases,7 cases showed type Ⅰ curve, 3 cases showed type Ⅱ curve, no type Ⅲ curve was found. Conclusion The tumor of the thecoma-fibroma group has more characteristic imaging findings. Combined with clinical data, the preoperative diagnostic level can be improved.
