64排螺旋CT脑血管造影对动脉瘤导致蛛网膜下腔出血的诊断价值

Value of 64-slice spiral CT cerebral angiography in diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by aneurysm

目的研究64排螺旋CT脑血管造影(64-slice spiral CT cerebral angiography,CTA)运用在动脉瘤导致蛛网膜下腔出血中的诊断价值。方法收集2018年2月至2019年12月在我院就诊的40例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)患者(均疑似颅内动脉瘤),全部患者均接受CTA及数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,以DSA为金标准,比较DSA与CTA检查的检查结果。结果2组在动脉瘤检出率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CTA对于确诊动脉瘤导致蛛网膜下腔出血有较好效果,且能显示动脉瘤大小、形态等,所以值得推广。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT cerebral angiography(CTA)in the diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by aneurysms.Methods The observation object of this research activity was determined as 40 patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019(all suspected intracranial aneurysms).All patients underwent CTA and DSA,with DSA as the gold standard,and the results of digital angiography(DSA)and CTA were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the detection rate of aneurysms between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion CTA has a good effect on the diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by aneurysms,and it can show the size and morphology of aneurysms,so it is worth promoting.
