摘要 发展旅游公交是缓解旅游旺季景区交通压力的根本举措,合理的网络设计是提升吸引力的重要因素。通过对旅游公交背景分析,提出了一种考虑服务水平的旅游公交网络设计问题,并对其进行路线和站点容量设计,以减少游客的出行时间和旅游公交公司运营成本为目标,建立整数规划模型。设计混合遗传算法进行求解,其中遗传算法对旅游公交路线进行设计,贪心算法用来求解站点容量。数值实验对问题特性和算法性能进行分析,结果表明:服务水平系数影响旅游公交路线和站点容量;服务水平系数能够很好的在游客满意度和公司运营成本之间进行平衡;混合遗传算法可以求解更大规模的问题,并能在短时间内求得质量较好的解。 Tourism public transportation is fundamental to alleviate the traffic pressure in the tourist season,and reasonable tourism bus network design is an important factor to enhance the attractiveness of tourism bus travel. Based on tourism public transport,a network design problem considering service level was introduced, and the tourism bus route and the site capacity were designed at the same time. An integer programming model was formulated to balance tourist travel time and the tourism bus company total cost. A hybrid genetic algorithm adopted herein consists of a GA method to determine routes decision and a greedy method to determine the site capacity decision.The numerical experiments were performed to analyze the characteristics of the problem and performance of the hybrid genetic algorithm. The results show that service level can influence the design of routes and the site capacity. The service level factor is a good balance between tourist satisfaction and company operating costs.The hybrid genetic algorithm can solve much larger network and obtain better quality solutions compared with the exact method.
