摘要
提升生鲜乳检测技术是保障乳品供应链品质的有效途径。以包含生鲜乳供应商、乳制品制造商以及需求市场三层决策主体的乳品供应链网络为研究对象,利用变分不等式理论构建乳品供应链网络均衡模型,研究了供应商、制造商生鲜乳检测技术革新投入水平对其交易量和利润的影响。研究结果表明:乳品供应链网络中,供应商在生鲜乳质量控制上占据主要地位,生鲜乳检测技术革新投入越大,供应链网络整体获利越多,自身规避风险的能力也越强,是乳品供应商通过技术创新实现供应链治理的有效途径;对制造商来说,增加生鲜乳检测技术革新投入是发挥供应链主导作用的应尽之义,但必须控制基本的投入比例,可通过上游激励、下游宣传引导消费者对检测技术革新的认知,以提高整体供应链的获利能力。
Improving the technology of raw milk testing was an effective way to guarantee the quality of dairy supply chain.A dairy supply chain network equilibrium model was constructed based on variational inequality theory which included the decision-making bodies of raw milk suppliers,dairy manufacturers and demand market. The influence of the input level of raw milk testing technology innovation of suppliers and manufacturers on their trading volume and profits was studied.The results show that raw milk suppliers occupy the main position in quality control,the greater input of raw milk testing technology innovation,the more profit the supply chain network makes,and the stronger its ability to avoid risks. Improving suppliers’ input of testing raw milk technology innovation is an effective way for them to achieve supply chain governance. For the manufacturers, increasing the input of raw milk testing technology innovation is the duty to play a leading role in the supply chain.However,the basic proportion of input must be controlled.The profitability of the whole dairy supply chain can be improved by stimulating upstream companies and guiding consumers’ awareness of testing technology innovation through downstream publicity.
