随机需求下ETO-MTO生产企业产能柔性与仿真分析 被引量:3

Capacity Flexibility and Simulation Analysis of ETO-MTO Production Enterprise under Stochastic Demand

摘要 随着消费者个性化需求的发展和市场不确定性需求的加剧,企业在产能决策上面临巨大挑战,而企业按单设计(ETO)与按单生产(MTO)混合生产模式的产能优化配置是应对挑战的关键。本文基于Anylogic仿真建模软件,建立随机需求下以产能利润最大为目标的决策模型,给出了随机需求下员工技能水平不同的ETO-MTO混合生产模式最优产能配置,并进行了相应的数值算例分析。从运营、财务和消费者的关键绩效指标(KPI)三个角度分析产能柔性,综合考虑企业各部门KPI,为企业进行科学合理的产能决策提供指导。 With the development of consumers’ personalized demand and the aggravation of market uncertainty demand,enterprises faced with great challenges in capacity decision-making.It was the key to meet the challenge to optimize the capacity allocation of enterprises according to the mixed production mode of engineering-to-order(ETO) and make-to-order(MTO). Based on anylogic simulation modeling software,the optimal capacity allocation of ETO-MTO mixed production mode with different skill level of employees was obtained through establishing a decision model aiming at maximizing productivity profit under stochastic demand,and corresponding numerical examples were analyzed.The production capacity flexibility was analyzed from key performance indicators(KPI)of operation,finance and consumers,and the key performance indicators(KPI)of each department of the enterprise were considered comprehensively,which provided guidance for scientific and reasonable production capacity decision-making of the enterprise.
