高校护理专职教师专业价值观的现状调查及影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解高校护理专职教师专业价值观的一般现状,并分析影响护理专职教师专业价值观的影响因素。方法选择内蒙古、重庆、辽宁、湖北、北京等8所普通高等院校护理院系101名护理专职教师作为研究对象,运用护理专业价值观量表进行问卷调查。结果护理专职教师的护理专业价值观总得分为(113.06±15.42)分,认同度较高,回归分析结果显示工作年限和工资水平与其专业价值观认同度相关。结论护理专职教师应明确影响自身专业价值观的主要因素,采取针对性有效措施提高自己的专业价值观认同度。 Objective To investigate and analyze the nursing professional values of the nursing professional teachers, and analyze the nursing teachers' professional values and the main influence factors, to meet the demand of social effectiveness of high-quality nursing talents to provide empirical basis and practice guidance.Methods Using cross-sectional survey questionnaire survey method, to investigate the nursing professional values of 101 participants.Results Nursing professional teachers' professional values total score is 113.06±15.42, The degree of recognition was higher, the teaching working years and the wage level are related to the values measured.Conclusions Nursing teachers should know the main factors affecting their professional values, take the effective measures to constantly improve their professional values.
