基于激光全息成像技术的电路检测可视化研究

摘要 为了提高电路检测的精度,提出了基于激光全息成像的电路检测可视化技术。利用小波包分解获得电路2种状态能量差的绝对值和分量隶属度,根据光线衍射扫描电路获取符号信息,依据数据信息实现电路符号的全息成像,通过光线折射约束条件实现目标和背景区域划分,从而实现虚拟仿真符号的可视化。仿真实验表明:所提方法能够有效实现电路虚拟仿真符号的可视化,可有效还原实际电路,准确检测电路可能存在的故障。 In order to improve the accuracy of circuit detection,the visualization technology of circuit detection based on laser holography is proposed.The absolute value and component membership degree of energy difference between two states of circuit are obtained by wavelet packet decomposition,the symbol information is obtained by light diffraction scanning circuit,the holographic image of circuit symbol is realized by data information,and the target and background area are divided by light refraction constraints,so as to realize the visualization of virtual simulation symbol.The simulation results show that this method can effectively realize visualization of virtual simulation symbols,effectively restore actual circuit,and accurately detect possible faults of the circuit.
