半导体激光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛研究进展

Research progress in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with semiconductor laser

带状疱疹后遗神经痛(Postherpetic Neuralgia,简称PHN)为带状疱疹最常见的并发症之一。由于其是持续性的神经性疼痛,因此依赖于现有的半导体技术,能在一定程度上对其疼痛进行有效的控制及改善。现对半导体激光技术用于治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的研究现状及新进展进行补充与概括。

Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)is one of the most common complications of herpes zoster,and its treatment is still very difficult.In recent years,semiconductor laser is one of the effective methods in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in China.In this paper,the research status and new progress of semiconductor laser in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia are summarized.
