基于无线射频识别技术的铁路冷链物流设备故障自动检测方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 为充分延长铁路冷链物流设备的平均使用寿命,提出基于无线射频识别技术的铁路冷链物流设备故障自动检测方法。按照故障信号的预处理需求,定义这些信号参量的具体实用特征,再通过计算物流传输总量的方式,完成铁路冷链物流设备的故障需求分析。在此基础上,联合故障检测处理器与射频滤波电路,根据谐波含有率的数量级结果,约束故障信号的从属作用范围,实现铁路冷链物流设备故障自动检测方法的顺利应用。对比实验结果表明,与RFID故障排查手段相比,应用新型自动检测方法后,故障信号的定位精度提升至87%,而平均检测时间却缩短至5.0 s,不仅解决了故障处理精确性过低的问题,也大大延长了铁路冷链物流设备的平均使用寿命周期。 In order to extend the average service life of railway cold chain logistics equipment,an automatic fault detection method based on radio frequency identification(rfid)technology is proposed.According to the pre-processing requirements of fault signals,the specific practical characteristics of these signal parameters are defined,and then the fault demand analysis of railway cold chain logistics equipment is completed by calculating the total amount of logistics transmission.On this basis,combined with fault detection processor and RF filter circuit,according to the order of magnitude results of harmonic content,the subordinate scope of fault signal is restricted,and the smooth application of automatic fault detection method for railway cold chain logistics equipment is realized.The experiment results show that compared with the RFID troubleshooting methods,application of new type automatic detection method,the fault signal positioning accuracy is up to 87%,and the average detection time is reduced to 5.0 s.It not only solves the failure to tackle the problem of low accuracy of cold-chain logistics equipment also greatly extends the railway’s average service life cycle.
