迈瑞BC-6800型血细胞分析仪在血小板自动计数中的准确性评价

传统的评价方法在评价血细胞分析仪在血小板自动计数中的准确性时,误差较大,为了解决这一问题,在传统方法的基础上研究了一种新的血细胞分析仪在血小板自动计数中的准确性评价方法,通过分析迈瑞BC-6800型血细胞分析仪技术发展概况确定评定参数,根据启动自动计数系统、运行采样电路板实现血小板检验项目流程,利用多份血液样本验证评定方法的准确性,实验结果表明,给出的迈瑞BC-6800型血细胞分析仪在血小板自动计数中的准确性评价方法误差小于传统方法。

The traditional evaluation method has a large error in evaluating the accuracy of the blood cell analyzer in automatic platelet counting.In order to solve this problem,based on the traditional method,a new method for evaluating the accuracy of blood cell analyzer in platelet automatic counting is studied.By analyzing Mindray bc-6800,the evaluation parameters are determined according to the development of blood cell analyzer technology.According to the start of automatic counting system and the operation of sampling circuit board,the procedure of platelet test is realized.The accuracy of the evaluation method is verified by multiple blood samples.The experimental results show that the given Mindray bc-6800,the error of the accuracy evaluation method of blood cell analyzer type B in automatic platelet count is less than that of the traditional method.
