Construction and Research of Mountain Torrent Disasters Early Warning System in Ningcheng County

山洪灾害是山丘区由于降雨引发的山洪、泥石流、滑坡等对人民生命财产造成损失的灾害。文章根据宁城县实际情况,针对宁城县山洪灾害特点,详细梳理了宁城县山洪灾害预警系统建设情况,分析了预警系统存在的主要问题,提出了相应建议,可供其他地区山洪灾害预警系统建设参考。

Mountain torrent disasters is the disaster caused by rainfall-induced mountain torrents,debris flows,landslides and other disasters causing losses to people’s lives and property.The construction of mountain torrent disasters early warning system is sorted in details in the paper according to the actual situation of Ningcheng County aiming at the characteristics of mountain torrent disasters in Ningcheng County.Main problems existing in the early warning system are analyzed.Corresponding suggestions are proposed,which can be used as reference for the construction of mountain torrent disasters early warning system in other areas.
