密封环间隙对不同比转速泵外特性的影响研究

摘要 文章以潜水排污泵为研究对象,对96.2m·kW、185.5m·kW和493.3m·kW三种不同比转速潜水排污泵在不同密封环间隙下的泵外工作特性进行了试验研究,试验结果表明:潜水排污泵的扬程随着密封环间隙的增大而逐渐减小;当比转速为96.2m·kW和185.5m·kW时,潜水排污泵消耗的功率随着密封环间隙的增加而逐渐增大,当比转速为493.3m·kW时,潜水排污泵消耗的功率随着密封环间隙的增加而逐渐减小;不同比转速泵的效率均随流量的增加呈“先增大后减小”的变化特征,密封环间隙越大,泵的效率越低,对泵效率的影响越大。此结果可为一体化泵站智能监测和高效运行提供科学合理的指导意见。 The submersible sewage pump is adopted as the research object in the paper.The working characteristics outside the pump of submersible sewage pumps with different specific speeds of 96.2m·kW,185.5m·kW and 493.3m·kW under different sealing ring intervals are tested and studied.The test results show that the lift of the submersible sewage pump decreases gradually with the increase of sealing ring intervals.When the specific speed is 96.2m·kW and 185.5m·kW,the power consumed by the submersible sewage pump gradually increases with the increase of sealing ring intervals.When the specific speed is 493.3m·kW,the power consumed by the submersible sewage pump gradually decreases with the increase of sealing ring intervals.The efficiency of the pump with different specific speed increases with the increase of flow and then decreases.The change characteristic of‘decrease followed by increase’is shown.The sealing ring interval is larger,the pump efficiency is lower,and the impact on the pump efficiency is larger.The results can provide scientific and reasonable guidance for intelligent monitoring and efficient operation of integrated pumping stations.
