摘要
采用Qu EChERS-高效液相色谱串联质谱法同时测定牛奶中6种喹诺酮类药物残留,建立牛奶中喹诺酮类药物残留的快速检测方法。结果表明,6种喹诺酮类药物在1.00~50.00μg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均高于0.998,方法回收率为88.2%~106.2%,精密度均为3.9%~9.7%,检出限为0.38~0.50μg·kg^-1,精密度<10%。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,能够满足牛奶中6种喹诺酮类药物检测工作的要求。
A rapid method for the determination of quinolones residues in milk was established by using qechers-hplc-ms.The results showed that the linearity of six quinolones was good in the range of 1.00~50.0μg·L^-1,the correlation coefficient was higher than 0.998,the recovery rate of the method was 88.2%~106.2%,the precision was 3.9%~9.7%,the detection limit was 0.38~0.50μg·kg^-1,and the precision was less than 10%.The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reliable,and can meet the requirements of the detection of six quinolones in milk.
