摘要
建立液液萃取结合Qu EChERS净化地表水,气相色谱定量测定水样中1,2,4-三氯苯、1,2,3-三氯苯和1,3,5-三氯苯3种同分异构体的方法。地表水样品中的三氯苯经石油醚提取,PSA填料净化,从线性方程、方法检出限和精密度等方面考察了本方法的性能,并用该方法分析实际地表水样品验证其适用性。在质量浓度2.00~50.0μg·L^-1范围内,3种三氯苯同分异构体的峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,线性相关系数均在0.999以上,检出限在0.062~0.083μg·L^-1,3个水平的加标回收率在88.0%~98.8%之间,精密度在1.27%~2.93%之间(n=6)。该方法操作简单,结果准确,缩短了分析时间,适用于地表水中三氯苯的测定。
A method for the determination of 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene,1,2,3-trichlorobenzene and 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene in water samples by gas chromatography was established.Trichlorobenzene in surface water samples was extracted by petroleum ether and purified by PSA packing.The performance of this method was investigated from the aspects of linear equation,detection limit and precision of the method.The applicability of this method was verified by analyzing actual surface water samples.In the range of mass concentration 2.00~50.0μg·L^-1,the linear relationship between peak area and concentration of three Trichlorobenzene isomers is good,the linear correlation coefficient is above 0.999,the detection limit is 0.062~0.083μg·L^-1,the recovery of three levels is between 88.0%~98.8%,and the precision is between 1.27%~2.93%(n=6).The method is simple,accurate and can be applied to the determination of Trichlorobenzene in surface water.
