基于区块链的跨境食品追溯框架建立及应用

Establishment and Application of Cross-border Food Traceability Framework Based on Block Chain

随着我国进口食品贸易量的提升,食品质量和安全成为监管部门和消费者关注的重点。为应对进口食品带来的监管压力,优化口岸营商环境,我国政府部门提出了采用溯源体系建设手段,构建从"从境外源头到境内消费"的全程监管模式,完成食品安全由目标管理到过程管理的转变。同时,区块链技术具有数据分布式存储、不可篡改的特点,具有提升溯源体系的可信度的作用。本文介绍了区块链溯源体系的框架及应用模式,为进口食品质量安全保障和促进跨境贸易提供了一种思路。

With the growth of trade in imported food in China,the quality and safety of food has become the focus of regulators and consumers.In order to deal with regulatory pressures and improve business environment of imported food,Chinese government has put forward the traceability framework and is attempting to build the whole-chain regulatory model"from abroad source to domestic consumption"by traceability system construction,and shift its target management to process management of food safety.At the same time,the block chain technology characterized by data distributed storage and inability to be tampered has significant effect in improving the credibility of traceability system.This paper introduces the framework and application mode of the block chain traceability system,which may shed some light on the assurance of imported food quality and safety and the promotion of cross-border trade.
