摘要
在小波变换相邻子带块预测编码的基础上 ,提出了一种快速小波子带分形图像压缩编码方法 .根据小波子树结构性相似的特点 ,把块预测搜索范围限制在子树附近 ,大幅度减少图像小波子带分形编码时间 ;然后采用在上一级恢复子带的基础上进行分形预测编码、对较低分辨率子带中分形预测误差较大的块直接进行编码等新的编码方法 ,以提高恢复图像质量 .实验结果表明 ,该方法在图像压缩编码时间大幅度缩短的同时 。
A rapid algorithm of image fractal coding compression based on wavelet subbands is presented in this paper.Matching blocks′searching was first restricted to a neighborhood of subtrees based on the structural characteristic of wavelet subtrees,effectively reducing coding time.To improve the quality of image reconstructed,coding on the basis of the subbands reconstructed and directly coding to blocks with higher errors are also presented.Experiments indicate that this scheme can not only reduce coding time effectively but also improve the quality of the reconstructed image.
