摘要
目的探讨分析基于PACS系统的CBL教学方法在超声影像学中的应用研究。方法2017年6月—2018年4月,选择附属医院超声科实习的学生56名,将其按接受教学与否分为传统的未接受教学的对照组和接受教学后的试验组,对学生采用基于PACS系统的PBL教学法。对对照组和试验组学生病例分析和平时表现进行评定。通过问卷调查的形式来了解以下学生所具备的能力:超声诊断、知识掌握、学习兴趣、沟通等。结果对照组优秀6人,合格14人,不合格10人,合格率66.7%,问卷调查平均分(76.9±4.5)分;试验组优秀14人,合格12人,不合格4人,问卷调查平均分(90.0±5.2)分。结论基于PACS系统的PBL教学法在超声影像学教学中的应用更让学生易于接受,更有利于培养出优秀的超声医生。
Objective To explore and analyze the application of CBL teaching method based on PACS system in ultrasonic imaging.Methods From June 2017 to April 2018,56 students in the ultrasound department of the affiliated hospital were selected and divided into traditional control group without teaching and experimental group after teaching according to whether they received teaching or not.PBL teaching method based on PACS system was adopted for the students.Case analysis and normal performance were evaluated in the control and experimental groups.Through the form of questionnaire to understand the following students have the ability:ultrasonic diagnosis,knowledge mastery,learning interest,communication and so on.Results In the control group,there were 6 excellent persons,14 qualified persons and 10 unqualified persons,with a pass rate of 66.7%.The average score of questionnaire survey was(76.9±4.5)points.There were 14 excellent subjects,12 qualified subjects and 4 unqualified subjects in the experimental group.The average score of the questionnaire survey was(90.0±5.2)points.Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method based on PACS system in ultrasonic imaging teaching is more acceptable to students and more conducive to the training of excellent sonographers.
