摘要
目的探讨情景模拟教学在神经康复科实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取62名在我院神经康复科实习的护生进行调研,将护生分为2组,每组31名,此次调查时间为2018年6月—2019年1月。对比组行常规教学方式。试验组则采用了情景模拟教学方式。分析两组最终带教结果。结果对比组实习护生理论常识得分结果和试验组相比较低,操作技能得分结果和试验组相比较低(P<0.05);对比组带教满意度和试验组相比较低(P<0.05)。结论在神经康复科实习带教中可以采用情景模拟教学方式,此方式属于新型的教学模式,能够弥补常规传统“填鸭式”教学的不足,可以提升实习护生的学习兴趣,为日后工作奠定基础。
Objective To explore the application effect of scene simulation teaching in neurorehabilitation practice teaching.Methods 62 nursing students in the Department of neurorehabilitation of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with 31 students in each group.The survey was conducted from June 2018 to January 2019.The control group received conventional teaching methods.The experimental group adopted the scene simulation teaching method.The final teaching results of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the experimental group,the theoretical knowledge score of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group,and the operation skill score of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The scene simulation teaching method can be used in the practice teaching of neurorehabilitation department,which is a new teaching mode,which can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional"cramming"teaching method,improve the learning interest of nursing students and lay a foundation for their future work.
