手外科专业学位硕士“2+1”导师制培养模式探讨 被引量:1

摘要 当前在“四证合一”的临床专业硕士学位和住院医师规范化培训并轨培养的新形势下,并轨后更倾向于临床培训,使得专业硕士研究生医学科学研究训练时间受到压缩,为在有限的学制时间内平衡规培临床轮转和专业硕士科研培训的矛盾,做到科研和临床并重,培养合格的手外科专业硕士研究生,为手外科临床输送具备一定科研能力的高层次应用型专业技术人才,我院对手外科专硕培养推出了“2+1”导师制,即每位研究生的专业导师负责培养的全面工作,同时配备一名骨科(手外科)研究所的专职研究员为其固定科研导师,在学生按照规培要求轮转各专科时,每个专科再确定一名带教专科导师的培养模式,取得了较好的培养效果。通过这种专硕培养模式的改革,在教学实践中充分发挥导师团队培养和科研平台的优势,提高手外科专硕的培养水平,同时为类似专业研究生培养提供了有价值的思路。 Under the current situation of uniting“fourcertificate in one”degrees and standardised training system,the focus was more inclined to clinical training,leading to the training time of professional medical science research of postgraduate being compressed.In order to balance the clinical rotation and the scientific research training within the limiting time and to focus on both research and clinical performance,we launched a"2+1"tutorial system for academic postgraduates,aiming to cultivate qualified technical personnel with better scientific research ability for hand surgery.It means that the professional tutor of each graduate student is responsible for the overall work of training,and a full-time researcher from the institute of orthopedics(hand surgery)is also provided as the fixed scientific research tutor.When students rotate within each specialty according to the requirements of training,a specialty tutor is designated for each student targeting the clinical training.Every student,who had one professional tutor,one scientific research tutor and one specialty tutor,achieved better training outcomes in this mode.Via the reform of this system,the advantages of tutor team training and scientific research platform can be fully brought into play in teaching practice.Meanwhile,it improved the cultivation ability of the professional teams of hand surgery and provided valuable ideas for the counterparts.
