摘要
目的探讨原发性脑淋巴瘤在CT检查与MRI检查下的诊断结果及诊断价值。方法选择医院2017年2月—2019年2月收治的原发性脑淋巴瘤患者58例,患者皆经过病理学检查确定病灶,对患者进行CT检查与MRI检查,对比诊断结果准确率。结果三种检查方式在病灶例数检出准确率方面差异显著,联合检查方式检出病灶例数准确率为100%,高于CT检查、MRI检查(P<0.05);但在病灶分布、病灶特征、脑水肿检出准确率方面,三种检查方式对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床上诊断原发性脑淋巴瘤患者,CT检查与MRI检查都具有诊断作用,在病灶检出、明确病灶分布和病灶特征、明确脑水肿情况等方面具有重要意义。但采用CT检查联合MRI检查措施,检出病灶例数准确率更高,更有利于原发性脑淋巴瘤的早期筛查,为临床进一步确诊提供影像学依据。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in primary cerebral lymphoma(PBL).Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,58 patients with primary cerebral lymphoma were selected.The lesions were confirmed by pathological examination.CT and MRI were performed to compare the accuracy of diagnosis.Results The accuracy rate of the number of lesions detected by the three methods was significantly different.The accuracy rate of combined examination was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of CT and MRI(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference in the distribution of lesions,the characteristics of lesions and the detection accuracy of brain edema among the three methods(P>0.05).Conclusion In clinical diagnosis of patients with primary brain lymphoma,CT and MRI examination have a diagnostic role,in the detection of lesions,clear focus distribution and lesion characteristics,clear brain edema and other aspects of great significance.However,CT examination combined with MRI examination can detect the number of lesions with higher accuracy,which is more conducive to the early screening of primary brain lymphoma,and provides imaging basis for further clinical diagnosis.
