锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Locking Pressure Plate on Fracture of Limbs

目的研究分析锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法选取98例本院于2015年2月—2019年3月收治的四肢骨折患者。按照收治时间将患者分为常规组(前49例,行常规加压钢板螺钉内固定治疗)与研究组(后49例,行锁定加压钢板治疗),治疗完成后对比两组患者手术时间、骨折愈合时间、X线骨痂评分、疼痛自评(VAS)、治疗有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果经对比后可知,研究组患者手术时间、骨折愈合时间、X线骨痂评分、VAS评分均优于常规组,同时研究组患者治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率分别为97.96%、6.12%,均优于常规组的83.67%、22.45%,以上数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对四肢骨折患者采用锁定加压钢板治疗,能够有效缩短手术时间及骨折愈合的时间,同时减少术后不良反应的发生,进而提高治疗的整体有效率。

Objective To study the clinical effect of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods From February 2015 to March 2019,98 patients with limb fractures were selected.According to the time of treatment,the patients were divided into routine group(the first 49 patients were treated with conventional compression plate screw internal fixation)and study group(the latter 49 patients were treated with locking compression plate).After the treatment,the patients were compared with the two groups in operation time,fracture healing time,X-ray callus score,pain self-rating(VAS),treatment efficiency and adverse reaction rate.Results The results showed that the patients in the study group had operation time and fracture recovery The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the patients in the study group were 97.96%,6.12%,83.67%and 22.45%,respectively.Conclusion The treatment of patients with limb fractures with locked compression plate can effectively shorten the time of operation and fracture healing,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions after operation,and then improve the overall effective rate of treatment.
