头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿感染的效果

Effects of Cefuroxime Sodium on Elderly Emphysema Infection

目的分析头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿感染治疗对不良反应的影响。方法选择2017年12月—2019年12月收治的84例老年肺气肿感染患者作为此次研究对象,随机分两组,每组42,对照组选择清开灵治疗,试验组选择清开灵联合头孢呋辛钠治疗,分析两组患者临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组总有效率(95.24%)明显高于对照组;不良反应总发生率(4.76%)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿感染患者疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of elderly emphysema infection on adverse reactions.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with emphysema infection admitted from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group 42.The control group was treated with Qingkailing,and the experimental group was treated with Qingkailing combined with cefuroxime sodium.To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate(95.24%)of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the total incidence of adverse reactions(4.76%)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cefuroxime sodium is effective in treating elderly patients with emphysema infection.
