盘龙七片联合地奥司明治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Panlong Qi Tablet Combined With Diosmin in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的研究盘龙七片联合地奥司明对于膝骨性关节炎患者的作用与效果。方法抽选我院接受并治疗的82例膝骨性关节炎,将单纯接受地奥司明的41例的患者纳入到西医组,另外41例在治疗方面,采取的方案是接受盘龙七片联合地奥司明,纳入中西医并用组,观察比较其结果。结果在治疗后,中西医并用组患者治疗的成效相对于西医组患者更高(P<0.05);在治疗后,中西医并用组患者平地行走痛评分、关节压痛分级、晨起关节僵硬分级、膝关节活动痛评分对比西医组患者更优(P<0.05)。结论对于膝骨性关节炎患者而言,盘龙七片联合地奥司明能够在得到更为良好治疗效果的前提下,促进其膝关节功能最大限度地得到改善。

Objective To study the effect and effect of Panlong Qi tablet combined with diosmin on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 82 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and treated in our hospital.41 patients who received only diosmin were included in the western medicine group,and the other 41 patients were treated with Panlong seven tablets combined with diosemine.The results were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The score of walking pain,the grade of joint tenderness,the grade of joint stiffness and the pain score of knee joint activity in the combination group were better than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with knee osteoarthritis,Panlong Seven tablets combined with Diosmin can promote the maximum improvement of knee joint function on the premise of better treatment effect.
