护理人文关怀在ICU危重症护理中的应用评价

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Nursing Humanistic Care in ICU Critical Care Patients

目的研究ICU危重症患者采取护理人文关怀的临床应用效果。方法挑选到医院收入的ICU危重症患者(200例)为评价目标,时间均是2017年3月—2019年3月。依据“就诊顺序”处理分组,其中一组是对照组(n=100例)、二组是试验组(n=100例)。对照组患者应用常规护理,试验组患者应用护理人文关怀。比较两组患者护理后的情感障碍、思维障碍、行动障碍、ICU谵妄等ICU综合征的发生情况以及护理满意度,分析护理效果。结果试验组患者的护理的效果优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者综合征的发生率小于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CU危重症患者采取护理人文关怀,可以改变患者在接受治疗过程中的强大信心,并以此实现机体、心理健康以及生活质量、护理满意度的充分改善目标,是值得借鉴的一种护理策略。

Objective To study the clinical application effect of humanistic care in ICU critical patients.Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,critically ill ICU patients(200 cases)admitted to our hospital were selected as the evaluation target.According to the treatment sequence,one group was the control group(n=100 cases)and the other two groups were the experimental group(n=100 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group were treated with humanistic care.The occurrence and nursing satisfaction of ICU syndrome such as affective disorder,thinking disorder,action disorder,ICU delirium after nursing were compared between the two groups of patients,and the nursing effect was analyzed.Results The experimental group of patients with the effect of nursing better than the control group(P<0.05),the experimental group of patients with syndrome incidence less than the control group(P<0.05),nursing satisfaction is greater than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of humanistic care in ICU critical patients can change the strong confidence of the patients in the process of treatment,and thus fully improve the physical and mental health,life quality and nursing satisfaction,which is a nursing strategy worthy of reference.
