腰椎间盘突出症分期康复护理效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing for Lumbar Disc Protrusion by Stages

目的探析对腰椎间盘突出症患者开展分期康复护理干预的临床效果。方法选取我院于2018年1月—2019年1月收治的600例腰椎间盘手术患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各300例。对照组实施常规内科护理措施,观察组在此基础之上开展分期康复护理,包括心理疏导、腰椎牵引、分期康复运动、出院指导等,对比两组患者护理前后的VAS评分水平、生活质量。结果观察组在不同阶段的VAS评分水平、生活质量评估水平均优于对照组,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰间盘突出症患者开展分期康复护理可显著减轻患者疼痛,促进患者康复,有效改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of staged rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,600 patients with lumbar disc surgery admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 300 patients.The control group implemented routine medical nursing measures,and the observation group carried out staged rehabilitation nursing on this basis,including psychological counseling,lumbar traction,staged rehabilitation exercise,discharge guidance,etc,to compare the VAS score level and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results The VAS score and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group in different stages,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Staging rehabilitation nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation can significantly reduce the pain,promote the rehabilitation of patients,effectively improve the quality of life of patients,clinical application value.
